I. Main Functional Features of 1400℃ Vacuum Tube Furnace
1. The gas path connection adopts a quick-connect flange structure.
2. The process of loading and unloading materials is simplified; gas path connection can be completed with only one card sieve, making operation convenient.
3. The complex flange installation process is eliminated, reducing the possibility of damage to the furnace tube caused by installation.
4. It adopts a double-layer shell structure, with the inner layer made of stainless steel and the outer layer made of carbon steel.
5. The furnace chamber is made of high-purity alumina fiber material, which saves energy by 50% and ensures uniform temperature distribution.
6. The heating element is a silicon carbide rod.
7. It uses a corundum tube, with both ends sealed by stainless steel flanges.
8. It uses an S-type thermocouple for temperature measurement, with high measurement accuracy.
9. A风冷系统 is equipped between the double-layer shells, which can quickly cool the furnace surface, keeping the furnace shell surface temperature below 60℃.
10. The furnace tube is equipped with a pair of stainless steel sealing flanges, sealed with silicone O-rings, and a mechanical pressure gauge is installed. The temperature controller uses PID to adjust the temperature, with 30-segment program temperature control.
